Storage & Safety

We maintain the safety of your personal data with industry standard encryption. All payment transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. At no point we hold or store your credit card data on our servers. An external PCI compliant payment gateway (such as PayPal or eWAY) handles all credit card transactions for us.

All other personal information is contained behind secured firewalls and cloud provider networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special admin access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential via Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We do use regular Malware as well as Vulnerability Scanning to protect our servers.

All sensitive / credit card information you supply is encrypted via modern Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology, replacing the former Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

We also implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

We store your basic personal information, such as contact details, for as long as you use our services, of for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. We store your personal data for no longer than is required or permitted by law or necessary for internal reporting and reconciliation purposes. We erase personal data after the above described storage period or when the user requests us to erase his/her personal data.

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information.

Third party sites might collect non-personally identifiable visitor information for marketing, advertising or other use. This does not include your private information.

We use cookies only to store shopping cart contents and recognize visitors when they come back. An HTTP cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on your computer by your web browser while you are browsing the Internet. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies by modifying the settings on your browser. Your experience on our website might be altered if you choose to decline the use of cookies.

Google Analytics & How to Opt-out

We use Google Analytics to monitor our website usage and traffic. Google Analytics may track non-personally identifiable information such as the browser, IP address, geolocation, date and time associated with user visits. To provide website visitors with the ability to prevent their data from being used by Google Analytics, Google has developed a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. If you want to opt-out, you can download and install the add-on for your web browser. It is designed to be compatible with Chrome, Internet Explorer 11, Safari, Firefox and Opera. In order to function, the opt-out add-on must be able to load and execute properly on your browser. For Internet Explorer, 3rd-party cookies must be enabled. Learn more about the opt-out and how to properly install the browser add-on here. The Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on is provided ‘as-is’ by Google / Alphabet Inc. You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from the download and usage of this add-on.

By using our site, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
